(AIM & TSX ticker: “DHX”), a leading independent international producer and distributor of television programming and interactive content is pleased to announce an agreement between its DECODE Entertainment subsidiary and The Foundation, part of the RDF Media Group, as new co-production partners on CBeebies’ Way to Blue.
An official Canada-UK co-production, Way to Blue is a new, landmark preschool series, which includes 100 20-minute episodes which will be broadcast on CBeebies starting in 2009. It is a mix of animation and live action featuring children aged 4 to 6.

DECODE Entertainment will be overseeing the animation which will be produced in Canada, and will take distribution rights in the territory. The Foundation will be shooting the live action in the UK this summer.
