Halifax, NS – 7 March 2017 – DHX Brands, the dedicated brand-management and consumer-products arm of DHX Media (or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DHXM; TSX: DHX.A, DHX.B), has announced that Teletubbies will be the lead sponsor for the Shop Direct Baby and Toddler event, starting this week and running until April 17th. In addition, Shop Direct has increased its category footprint of the popular preschool brand to include bedding and blankets from Character World and the Teletubbies Crayola range. Shop Direct is the UK’s second largest pure-play digital retailer.
Teletubbies will be featured prominently throughout the Baby and Toddler event on all the Very and Littlewoods platforms, email marketing materials and digital ATL activities, as well as on third-party sites such as Mumsnet and BBC Good Food. The event will be supported by multi-branded activities including event emails, onsite category takeovers and offsite digital support. There will also be homepage support for the campaign featuring Teletubbies product placement (http://www.very.co.uk/e/q/teletubbies.end).
